18 Now Paul stayed a considerable time longer in Corinth, and then bade the brothers goodbye and set sail for Syria, accompanied by Aquila and Priscilla. At Cenchreae he had his hair cut, for he was under a vow. 19 Then they came to Ephesus, and Paul left them there. He went into the synagogue and had a discussion with the Jews. 20 They asked him to stay longer, but he would not consent.
