27 When he wished to cross over into Achaia, the brothers encouraged him, and wrote to the disciples in Corinth to receive him. On his arrival he mightily helped those who through grace had believed, 28 for he powerfully refuted the Jews in public argument, proving to them from the Scriptures that Jesus is the Messiah.
