Jesus Is Mocked

¹⁶ in appointing me to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. I am serving like a priest in preaching God's good news, so that the Gentiles might be like an acceptable sacrifice [to God], dedicated by the Holy Spirit. ¹⁷ Therefore, as I have fellowship with Christ Jesus, I am proud of my service to God. ¹⁸ For I will not dare to speak about anything, except what Christ has done through me in bringing about the obedience of the Gentiles. Hebrews 5:1

For every head priest is chosen from among men, and is appointed on behalf of people, to offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins.

Philippians 3:3

Hebrews 2:17
