'Preserve' in the Bible

As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.

O sovereign master, your decrees can give men life; may years of life be restored to me. Restore my health and preserve my life.'

This is what the Lord says:Preserve justice and do what is right,for My salvation is coming soon,and My righteousness will be revealed.
