'Fellowcitizens' in the Bible
You shall not seek vengeance, and you shall not harbor a grudge [against] {your fellow citizens}; and you shall love your neighbor like yourself; I [am] Yahweh.
I furthermore admonished your judges at that time that they should pay attention to issues among your fellow citizens and judge fairly, whether between one citizen and another or a citizen and a resident foreigner.

“Yet your fellow citizens say, ‘The way of the Lord is not right,’ when it is their own way that is not right.
“But as for you, son of man, your fellow citizens who talk about you by the walls and in the doorways of the houses, speak to one another, each to his brother, saying, ‘Come now and hear what the message is which comes forth from the Lord.’
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
