³⁰ After bringing them out [of the jail area] he said, "Sirs, what do I have to do to be saved?" ³¹ Paul and Silas said, "You and your family can be saved if you [all] believe in the Lord Jesus." ³² Then they [continued to] speak the message of the Lord to him and everyone [else] in his household.

Mark 16:16

The person who believes [i.e., the Gospel] and is immersed will be saved [i.e., from condemnation], but whoever does not believe it will be condemned.

The person who does not believe God [i.e., what He says about Jesus], accuses Him of lying, because he has not accepted the [irrefutable] testimony of God concerning [the identity and mission of] His Son.
