Leviticus 23:12-13
12 On the day you wave the sheaf, you are to offer a year-old male lamb(a) without blemish(A) as a burnt offering to the Lord.
13 Its grain offering is to be four quarts(b) of fine flour mixed with oil as a fire offering to the Lord, a pleasing aroma, and its drink offering will be one quart(c) of wine.
