they caused it to be proclaimed

､ בַּֽמַּחֲנֶה֮

throughout the camp ､

､ לֵאמֹר֒

וְאִשָּׁ֗ה

אַל־

’al-

יַעֲשׂוּ־

let do

ע֛וֹד

לִתְרוּמַ֣ת

for the offering

. הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ

of the sanctuary .

וַיִּכָּלֵ֥א

And were restrained

. מֵהָבִֽיא׃

from bringing .

וְהַמְּלָאכָ֗ה

וְהָיוּ֙

שְׁמֹנָ֣ה

šə·mō·nāh

､ קְרָשִׁ֔ים

qə·rā·šîm,

וְאַדְנֵיהֶ֣ם

wə·’aḏ·nê·hem

and their sockets

: כֶּ֔סֶף

ke·sep̄,

שִׁשָּׁ֥ה

šiš·šāh

עָשָׂ֖ר

‘ā·śār

[and] ten

､ אֲדָנִ֑ים

’ă·ḏā·nîm;

שְׁנֵ֤י

､ אֲדָנִים֙

The Bars

וַיַּ֥עַשׂ

And he made

: שִׁטִּ֑ים

šiṭ·ṭîm;

חֲמִשָּׁ֕ה

ḥă·miš·šāh

לְקַרְשֵׁ֥י

､ הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן

ham·miš·kān

of the tabernacle ､

､ הַשֵּׁנִ֑ית

בְרִיחִם֙

ḇə·rî·ḥim

לְקַרְשֵׁ֣י

lə·qar·šê

הַמִּשְׁכָּ֔ן

ham·miš·kān,

of the tabernacle

לַיַּרְכָתַ֖יִם

lay·yar·ḵā·ṯa·yim

on the far side

וַיַּ֖עַשׂ

And he made

הַבְּרִ֣יחַ

hab·bə·rî·aḥ

the bar

הַתִּיכֹ֑ן

hat·tî·ḵōn;

לִבְרֹ֙חַ֙

liḇ·rō·aḥ

to pass through

בְּת֣וֹךְ

bə·ṯō·wḵ

､ הַקְּרָשִׁ֔ים

haq·qə·rā·šîm,

the boards ､

מִן־

min-

הַקָּצֶ֖ה

haq·qā·ṣeh

אֶל־

’el-

to

[to be] holders

､ לַבְּרִיחִ֑ם

lab·bə·rî·ḥim;

for the bars ､

וַיְצַ֥ף

way·ṣap̄

and overlaid with

אֶת־

’eṯ-

הַבְּרִיחִ֖ם

hab·bə·rî·ḥim

the bars

. זָהָֽב׃

zā·hāḇ.

The Veil

וַיַּ֙עַשׂ֙

way·ya·‘aś

And he made

אֶת־

’eṯ-

הַפָּרֹ֔כֶת

hap·pā·rō·ḵeṯ,

､ תְּכֵ֧לֶת

tə·ḵê·leṯ

of blue ､

､ וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן

wə·’ar·gā·mān

and purple ､

וְתוֹלַ֥עַת

wə·ṯō·w·la·‘aṯ

and

､ שָׁנִ֖י

šā·nî

scarlet [thread] ､

וְשֵׁ֣שׁ

wə·šêš

– מָשְׁזָ֑ר

mā·šə·zār;

מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה

ma·‘ă·śêh

[with] design

חֹשֵׁ֛ב

ḥō·šêḇ

עָשָׂ֥ה

‘ā·śāh

אֹתָ֖הּ

’ō·ṯāh

it

. כְּרֻבִֽים׃

kə·ru·ḇîm.

וַיַּ֣עַשׂ

way·ya·‘aś

And He made

לָ֗הּ

lāh,

for it

אַרְבָּעָה֙

’ar·bā·‘āh

עַמּוּדֵ֣י

‘am·mū·ḏê

､ שִׁטִּ֔ים

šiṭ·ṭîm,

of acacia [wood] ､

וַיְצַפֵּ֣ם

way·ṣap·pêm

and overlaid them with

– זָהָ֔ב

zā·hāḇ,

gold –

וָוֵיהֶ֖ם

wā·wê·hem

with their hooks

､ זָהָ֑ב

zā·hāḇ;

of gold ､

וַיִּצֹ֣ק

way·yi·ṣōq

and he cast

לָהֶ֔ם

lā·hem,

אַרְבָּעָ֖ה

’ar·bā·‘āh

אַדְנֵי־

’aḏ·nê-

. כָֽסֶף׃

ḵā·sep̄.

The Curtain for the Door

וַיַּ֤עַשׂ

And He made

מָסָךְ֙

mā·sāḵ

לְפֶ֣תַח

lə·p̄e·ṯaḥ

הָאֹ֔הֶל

hā·’ō·hel,

､ תְּכֵ֧לֶת

tə·ḵê·leṯ

blue ､

､ וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן

wə·’ar·gā·mān

and purple ､

וְתוֹלַ֥עַת

wə·ṯō·w·la·‘aṯ

and

､ שָׁנִ֖י

šā·nî

scarlet [thread] ､

וְשֵׁ֣שׁ

wə·šêš

､ מָשְׁזָ֑ר

mā·šə·zār;

מַעֲשֵׂ֖ה

ma·‘ă·śêh

the work

– רֹקֵֽם׃

rō·qêm.

of a weaver –

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

עַמּוּדָ֤יו

‘am·mū·ḏāw

חֲמִשָּׁה֙

ḥă·miš·šāh

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and with

– וָ֣וֵיהֶ֔ם

wā·wê·hem,

their hooks –

וְצִפָּ֧ה

wə·ṣip·pāh

and he overlaid with

רָאשֵׁיהֶ֛ם

rā·šê·hem

וַחֲשֻׁקֵיהֶ֖ם

wa·ḥă·šu·qê·hem

and their rings

– זָהָ֑ב

zā·hāḇ;

gold –

וְאַדְנֵיהֶ֥ם

wə·’aḏ·nê·hem

but their sockets [were]

חֲמִשָּׁ֖ה

ḥă·miš·šāh

. נְחֹֽשֶׁת׃

nə·ḥō·šeṯ.
