בֶּעָשׂ֣וֹר

on the tenth [day]
､ לַחֹ֔דֶשׁ

of the month ､
בָּ֧אוּ

אֲנָשִׁ֛ים

מִזִּקְנֵ֥י
miz·ziq·nê
of the elders
יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל
yiś·rā·’êl
לִדְרֹ֣שׁ

אֶת־
’eṯ-

､ יְהוָ֑ה
Yah·weh;
of Yahweh ､
וַיֵּשְׁב֖וּ

and sat

to the elders

of Israel ､
וְאָמַרְתָּ֣

and say

to them
כֹּ֤ה

the Lord

And Say

the Lord
– יְהוִה֒

GOD –
בְּיוֹם֙

On the day when

､ בְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל

Israel ､
וָאֶשָּׂ֣א

and raised in an oath
יָדִ֗י

My hand
לְזֶ֙רַע֙
lə·ze·ra‘
בֵּ֣ית
bêṯ
of the house
､ יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב
ya·‘ă·qōḇ,
of Jacob ､
וָאִוָּדַ֥ע
wā·’iw·wā·ḏa‘
לָהֶ֖ם
lā·hem
to them
בְּאֶ֣רֶץ
bə·’e·reṣ
in the land
､ מִצְרָ֑יִם
miṣ·rā·yim;
of Egypt ､
וָאֶשָּׂ֨א
wā·’eś·śā
and I raised in an oath
יָדִ֤י

My hand
לָהֶם֙

to them
､ לֵאמֹ֔ר
lê·mōr,
saying ､
אֲנִ֖י

of the land
מִצְרָ֑יִם

לָהֶ֗ם

with milk

and honey ､

the glory

. הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃

And I said

וּבְגִלּוּלֵ֥י

and with the idols
– מִצְרַ֖יִם
miṣ·ra·yim
of Egypt –
אַל־
’al-
not
תִּטַּמָּ֑אוּ
tiṭ·ṭam·mā·’ū;
אֲנִ֖י
’ă·nî
I [am]
יְהוָ֥ה

in the midst
אֶ֥רֶץ
’e·reṣ
of the land

､ הַגּוֹיִ֖ם

the Gentiles ､
אֲשֶׁר־

הֵ֣מָּה
hêm·māh
בְתוֹכָ֑ם
ḇə·ṯō·w·ḵām;
אֲשֶׁ֨ר

נוֹדַ֤עְתִּי

My judgments ､
הוֹדַ֣עְתִּי

אוֹתָ֑ם
’ō·w·ṯām;
אֲשֶׁ֨ר

which [if]
יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה

הָאָדָ֖ם

a man
