12 Bible Verses about Deceitful Hearts

The heart is deceitful above all, and man himself, who shall know him?

If I covered my transgression, as man, to hide mine iniquity in my bosom: , If I, shall fear a great multitude, and the contempt of families terrify me, and I will be silent and not go out of my door.

Not steadfast in his mouth; the midst of them mischiefs; their throat a grave opened; they will be smooth with their tongue,

Surely they counseled to thrust down his lifting up: they will delight in falsehood: with their mouth they will praise, and in their inward parts they will curse. Silence.
