And death and the grave were cast into the lake of fire: this is the second death.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection; over these the second death hath no dominion: but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and they shall reign with him a thousand years.

For that which is corruptible must put on incorruption, and that which is mortal must put on immortality. So when that which is corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and that which is mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying which is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, concerning those who are fallen asleep, that ye be not afflicted, as the rest [of mankind] who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died, and rose again, so also those that have fallen asleep for Jesus shall God bring with him. For this I say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left unto the coming of the Lord, shall not prevent those who are fallen asleep.read more.
