Leviticus 5:17

"When a soul sinneth and committeth any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD: though he wist it not, he hath yet offended and is in sin,

Leviticus 5:15

"When a soul trespasseth and sinneth through ignorance in any of the holy things of the LORD, he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD, a ram without blemish out of the flock valued at two sicles after the holy sicle, for a trespass offering.

Leviticus 5:16

And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and put the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto the priest. And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

Numbers 5:5-8

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, "Speak unto the children of Israel, whether it be man or woman, 'When they have sinned any manner of sin which a man doeth wherewith a man trespasseth against the LORD, so that the soul hath done amiss: then they shall knowledge their sins which they have done, and restore again the hurt that they have done in the whole, and put the fifth part of it more thereto, and give it unto him whom he hath trespassed against.read more.
But and if he that maketh the amends have no man to do it to, then the amends that is made shall be the LORD's and the priest's, beside the ram of the atonement offering wherewith he maketh an atonement for himself.

Leviticus 5:18

and shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock that is esteemed to be worth a sin offering, unto the priest. And the priest shall make an atonement for him for the ignorance which he did, and was not ware, and it shall be forgiven him.

This is the law of the trespass offering, which is most holy. Leviticus 14:12-14

And let the priest take one of the lambs and offer him for a trespass offering, and the log of oil: and wave them before the LORD. And then let him slay the lamb in the place where the sin offering and the burnt offering are slain: even in the holy place. For as the sin offering is, even so is the trespass offering the priest's: for it is most holy. "'When a man lieth with a woman and hath to do with her, which is a bondwoman and hath been meddled withal of another man; but not loosed out nor hath obtained freedom, it shall be punished: but they shall not suffer death, because she was not free. And he shall bring for his trespass offering unto the LORD, even unto the door of the tabernacle of witness: a ram for a trespass offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD, for his sin which he hath done: and it shall be forgiven him, as concerning the sin which he hath done.

Numbers 6:12

and he shall abstain unto the LORD the time of his abstinency, and shall bring a lamb of an year old for a trespass offering: but the days that were before are lost, because his abstinence was defiled.
