And immediately on coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens parted, and the Spirit descending as a dove upon him.

And Jesus, as soon as he was baptized, went up from the water; and, lo! the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God, descending like a dove, coming upon him.

And it came to pass, when all the people had been baptized, and Jesus also had been baptized, and was praying, that the heaven was opened, and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in a bodily shape as a dove; and a voice came from heaven: "Thou art my beloved Son; with thee I am well pleased."

And John bore witness, saying, I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove from heaven, and it abode upon him.

I know a man in Christ, fourteen years ago,whether in the body, I know not, or whether out of the body, I know not; God knoweth,such a one caught up even to the third heaven. After this I saw, and lo! an open door in heaven; and the former voice, which I heard as of a trumpet speaking with me, said, Come up hither, and I will show thee what things must take place after these.

And when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twentyfour elders fell down before the Lamb, having each one a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
