For the Son of Man is about to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then will He render to each one according to his work.
Watch ye, therefore, because ye know not in what day your Lord is coming. But know this, that, had the householder known at what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken through. Therefore, be ye also ready; for, in an hour that ye think not, the Son of Man is coming.
"And, when the Son of man cometh in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then will He sit on the throne of His glory;
Jesus saith to him, "You said it: nevertheless I say to you, henceforth ye shall see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming on the clouds of heaven."
For whosoever is ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man also will be ashamed of him, when He cometh in the glory of His Father with the holy angels."

And there will be signs in sun, and moon, and stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity for the roaring of the sea and billows; men fainting for fear and for expectation of the things coming upon the inhabited earth; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then will they see the Son of Man coming in a cloud, with power and great glory.
And, if I go and prepare a place for you, I am coming again, and will receive you to Myself; that, where I am, ye may be also.
And, having said these things, while they were beholding, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him from their sight. And, as they were gazing intently into the heaven, while He was ascending, behold, also two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do ye stand looking into the heaven? This Jesus, Who was taken up from you into Heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye beheld Him ascending into Heaven."
so that ye fall short in no gift, waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ; Who will also confirm you unto the end, unaccusable in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
For our citizenship is in Heaven, whence also we are waiting for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;
and to wait for His Son from Heaven, Whom He raised from the dead, Jesus, Who delivers us from the coming wrath.
But we do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those falling asleep, that ye sorrow not even as the rest who have no hope; for, if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also those who fell asleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. But, concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that aught be written to you; for ye yourselves know accurately that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief at night. When they are saying, "Peace and safety," then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall in nowise escape.
I charge you before God who preserves alive all things, and Christ Jesus Who before Pontius Pilate testified a good confession, that you keep the commandment, unsullied, irreproachable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which in His own times the Happy and Only Potentate will show, the King of kings and Lord of lords,
henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, will recompense to me in that day, and not only to me, but also to all those who have loved His appearing.
looking for the blissful hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ;
so also Christ, having once for all been offered to bear the sins of many, will, to those who are eagerly waiting for Him; appear a second time apart from sin, unto salvation.
