Since, therefore, you were raised to Life with the Christ, seek for the things that are above; for it is there that the Christ is 'seated at the right hand of God.'
And, through our union with Christ Jesus, God raised us with him, and caused us to sit with him on high,

For, just as the Father raises the dead and gives them Life, so also the Son gives Life to whom he pleases.
In truth I tell you that a time is coming, indeed it is already here, when the Dead will listen to the voice of the Son of God, and when those who listen will live.
For, with a loud summons, with the shout of an archangel, and with the trumpet-call of God, the Lord himself will come down from Heaven.
In the hope that, if I become like him in death, I may possibly attain to the resurrection from the dead.
Some one, however, may ask 'How do the dead rise? and in what body will they come?'
At the last trumpet-call; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will rise immortal, and we, also, shall be transformed.
Nor indeed can they die again, for they are like angels and, having shared in the resurrection, they are God's Sons.
And will come out--those who have done good rising to Life, and those who have lived evil lives rising for condemnation.
