And, in like manner, the Spirit also helpeth our weakness; for we know not what to pray for as we ought; but the Spirit Himself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

For he that speaks in a tongue speaks not to men, but to God; for no one understands; but in the spirit he speaks mysteries.

For, if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is it, then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also; I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
