12 Bible Verses about Reasons Why The World Hates Christians

And ye will be hated by all, for My name's sake; but he who endures to the end, the same shall be saved.

If the world hates you, ye know that it has hated Me before it hated you.

Adulteresses! know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever, therefore, purposes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

Then will they deliver you up to tribulation, and will slay you; and ye will be hated by all the nations for My name's sake.

but this they do, that the word may be fulfilled, which has been written in their law, 'They hated Me without a cause.'

And this is the judgment, that the Light hath come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light; for their works were evil.

So, then, have I become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing, foolishness; but to those who are being saved, it is the power of God.

For the name of God is blasphemed among the gentiles, because of you, as it has been written.

"Happy are those who have been persecuted for righteousness' sake; because theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. "Happy are ye, when they shall reproach you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake. Rejoice, and exult; because great is your reward in Heaven, for so persecuted they the prophets who were before you.
