'Court' in the Bible
It is of little importance to me that I should be evaluated by you or by any human court. In fact, I don’t even evaluate myself.
When any of you has a legal dispute with another, does he dare go to court before the unrighteous rather than before the saints?
Do you not know that God's people will sit in judgement upon the world? And if you are the court before which the world is to be judged, are you unfit to deal with these petty matters?
Instead, one brother goes to court against another brother, and before unbelieving judges, at that!
