'Delights' in the Bible

But he delights in the LORD's instruction, and meditates in his instruction day and night.

For You are not a God who delights in wickedness;evil cannot dwell with You.

They say, "Commit yourself to the LORD; perhaps the LORD will deliver him, perhaps he will cause him to escape, since he delights in him."

Who is the man who delights in life,loving a long life to enjoy what is good?
