'Malicious' in the Bible

The Lord says, "I will make youths their officials; malicious young men will rule over them.

At that time, when you call, the Lord will answer;when you cry out, He will say, ‘Here I am.’If you get rid of the yoke among you,the finger-pointing and malicious speaking,

For your hands are stained with blood and your fingers with sin; your lips speak lies, your tongue utters malicious words.
