'Moan' in the Bible

Their survivors will escape to the mountains and become like doves of the valleys; all of them will moan -- each one for his iniquity.

The Lord said to him, "Go through the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of the people who moan and groan over all the abominations practiced in it."
