'Sinned' in the Bible
and forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who have sinned against us.
Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
Pay attention and always be on guard [looking out for one another]! If your brother sins and disregards God’s precepts, solemnly warn him; and if he repents and changes, forgive him.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
The one who commits sin is of the Devil, for the Devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the Devil’s works.
