'Starts' in the Bible

if the king starts to get angry and asks you, "Why did you get so near the city to fight? Didn't you know they would shoot from the wall?

If its roots grow old in the groundand its stump starts to die in the soil,

Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and the stone will come back on whoever starts it rolling.
