'Welcome' in the Bible
And He said, “Truly I say to you, no prophet is welcome in his hometown.
And the seed on the rock are those who, when they hear, welcome the word with joy. Having no root, these believe for a while and depart in a time of testing.
Now when Jesus was returning, the people gave Him a warm welcome; for they had all been looking out for Him.
If they do not welcome you, when you leave that town, shake off the dust from your feet as a testimony against them.”
But they did not welcome Him, because He determined to journey to Jerusalem.
When you enter any town, and they welcome you, eat the things set before you.
