'Nomad' in the Bible

It will never be inhabitedor lived in from generation to generation;a nomad will not pitch his tent there,and shepherds will not let their flocks rest there.

Look to the barren heights and see.Where have you not been immoral?You sat waiting for them beside the highwayslike a nomad in the desert.You have defiled the landwith your prostitution and wickedness.

And [the people of] Judah and all its cities will live there together—the farmer and they who wander about with flocks.
