³² But in spite of this you did not trust the Lord your God, ³³ who went before you on the journey to seek out a place for you to camp. He went in the fire by night and in the cloud by day to guide you on the road you were to travel. ³⁴ “When the Lord heard your words, He grew angry and swore an oath:

Numbers 10:33

They set out from the mountain of the Lord on a three-day journey with the ark of the Lord’s covenant traveling ahead of them for those three days to seek a resting place for them.

Psalm 78:14

He led them with a cloud by day
and with a fiery light throughout the night.

Numbers 9:15-22
