Trials, Testing, And Faith

¹ James, a slave of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ:

To the 12 tribes in the Dispersion.

Greetings. ² Consider it a great joy, my brothers, whenever you experience various trials, ³ knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.

Fall Into Temptation

1 Peter 1:6-8

You rejoice in this, though now for a short time you have had to struggle in various trials

Luke 6:22-23

You are blessed when people hate you,
when they exclude you, insult you,
and slander your name as evil
because of the Son of Man.

James 1:12

A man who endures trials is blessed, because when he passes the test he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.

Those who are persecuted for righteousness are blessed,
for the kingdom of heaven is theirs.
