Numbers 22:1

Balak Hires Balaam

¹ The Israelites journeyed, and camped in the plains of Moab, on the east side of the Jordan [River] across from Jericho. ² And Balak [the king of Moab] the son of Zippor saw all that Israel had done to the Amorites.

Numbers 21:20

and from Bamoth to the valley that is in the field of Moab, to the top of Pisgah which looks down on the wasteland.
