Psalm 73:9-11

They have ^(A)set their mouth ^(a)against the heavens,
And their tongue ^(b)parades through the earth.

Therefore ^(c)his people return to this place,
And waters of ^(B)abundance are ^(d)drunk by them.

And is there knowledge ^(e)with the Most High?”
