יְרִיעֹ֑ת

[with] curtains [of]

שֵׁ֣שׁ

､ מָשְׁזָ֗ר

mā·šə·zār,

､ וּתְכֵ֤לֶת

ū·ṯə·ḵê·leṯ

and blue ､

､ וְאַרְגָּמָן֙

wə·’ar·gā·mān

and purple ､

וְתֹלַ֣עַת

wə·ṯō·la·‘aṯ

and

– שָׁנִ֔י

šā·nî,

scarlet [thread] –

כְּרֻבִ֛ים

kə·ru·ḇîm

מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה

ma·‘ă·śêh

חֹשֵׁ֖ב

ḥō·šêḇ

תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה

ta·‘ă·śeh

you shall weave

. אֹתָֽם׃

’ō·ṯām.

אֹ֣רֶךְ ׀

’ō·reḵ

הַיְרִיעָ֣ה

hay·rî·‘āh

of curtain [shall be]

הָֽאַחַ֗ת

hā·’a·ḥaṯ,

the one

שְׁמֹנֶ֤ה

šə·mō·neh

וְעֶשְׂרִים֙

wə·‘eś·rîm

､ בָּֽאַמָּ֔ה

bā·’am·māh,

וְרֹ֙חַב֙

wə·rō·ḥaḇ

and the width

אַרְבַּ֣ע

’ar·ba‘

– בָּאַמָּ֔ה

bā·’am·māh,

הַיְרִיעָ֖ה

hay·rî·‘āh

הָאֶחָ֑ת

hā·’e·ḥāṯ;

the one

. מִדָּ֥ה

mid·dāh

אַחַ֖ת

’a·ḥaṯ

לְכָל־

lə·ḵāl

shall have and every one

. הַיְרִיעֹֽת׃

hay·rî·‘ōṯ.

of the curtains .

חֲמֵ֣שׁ

הַיְרִיעֹ֗ת

hay·rî·‘ōṯ,

תִּֽהְיֶ֙יןָ֙

tih·ye·nā

､ חֹֽבְרֹ֔ת

ḥō·ḇə·rōṯ,

אִשָּׁ֖ה

’iš·šāh

אֶל־

’el-

to

– אֲחֹתָ֑הּ

’ă·ḥō·ṯāh;

וְחָמֵ֤שׁ

wə·ḥā·mêš

and five

יְרִיעֹת֙

yə·rî·‘ōṯ

[the other] curtains

חֹֽבְרֹ֔ת

ḥō·ḇə·rōṯ,

[shall be] coupled

אִשָּׁ֖ה

And you shall make

לֻֽלְאֹ֣ת

הַיְרִיעָה֙

of the curtain

הָאֶחָ֔ת

מִקָּצָ֖ה

miq·qā·ṣāh

on the selvedge

– בַּחֹבָ֑רֶת

ba·ḥō·ḇā·reṯ;

of the [one] set –

וְכֵ֤ן

wə·ḵên

תַּעֲשֶׂה֙

ta·‘ă·śeh

בִּשְׂפַ֣ת

biś·p̄aṯ

､ הַיְרִיעָ֔ה

hay·rî·‘āh,

of [other] curtain ､

הַקִּ֣יצוֹנָ֔ה

haq·qî·ṣō·w·nāh,

בַּמַּחְבֶּ֖רֶת

bam·maḥ·be·reṯ

. הַשֵּׁנִֽית׃

the second [set] .

חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים

לֻֽלָאֹ֗ת

in the curtain

､ הָאֶחָת֒

וַחֲמִשִּׁ֣ים

לֻֽלָאֹ֗ת

lu·lā·’ōṯ,

תַּעֲשֶׂה֙

בִּקְצֵ֣ה

biq·ṣêh

on the edge

הַיְרִיעָ֔ה

hay·rî·‘āh,

of the curtain

אֲשֶׁ֖ר

that [is]

בַּמַּחְבֶּ֣רֶת

bam·maḥ·be·reṯ

on the end

– הַשֵּׁנִ֑ית

haš·šê·nîṯ;

of the second [set] –

מַקְבִּילֹת֙

maq·bî·lōṯ

that may be clasped

הַלֻּ֣לָאֹ֔ת

hal·lu·lā·’ōṯ,

אִשָּׁ֖ה

’iš·šāh

אֶל־

And you shall make

of gold ､

וְחִבַּרְתָּ֨

so that it may be

of goats' [hair]

לְאֹ֖הֶל

lə·’ō·hel

to be a tent

עַל־

‘al-

– הַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן

ham·miš·kān;

the tabernacle –

עַשְׁתֵּי־

‘aš·tê-

עֶשְׂרֵ֥ה

‘eś·rêh

[and] ten

יְרִיעֹ֖ת

yə·rî·‘ōṯ

תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה

ta·‘ă·śeh

. אֹתָֽם׃

’ō·ṯām.

אֹ֣רֶךְ ׀

’ō·reḵ

הַיְרִיעָ֣ה

הָֽאַחַ֗ת

hā·’a·ḥaṯ,

the one

שְׁלֹשִׁים֙

[shall be] thirty

､ בָּֽאַמָּ֔ה

bā·’am·māh,

the cubits ､

וְרֹ֙חַב֙

wə·rō·ḥaḇ

and the width

אַרְבַּ֣ע

’ar·ba‘

– בָּאַמָּ֔ה

bā·’am·māh,

הַיְרִיעָ֖ה

hay·rî·‘āh

הָאֶחָ֑ת

hā·’e·ḥāṯ;

､ מִדָּ֣ה

mid·dāh

measurement ､

אַחַ֔ת

’a·ḥaṯ,

לְעַשְׁתֵּ֥י

lə·‘aš·tê

עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה

‘eś·rêh

[and] ten

. יְרִיעֹֽת׃

yə·rî·‘ōṯ.

and all the curtains .

וְחִבַּרְתָּ֞

wə·ḥib·bar·tā

And you shall couple

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

חֲמֵ֤שׁ

הַיְרִיעֹת֙

hay·rî·‘ōṯ

､ לְבָ֔ד

lə·ḇāḏ,

by themselves ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

שֵׁ֥שׁ

הַיְרִיעֹ֖ת

hay·rî·‘ōṯ

､ לְבָ֑ד

lə·ḇāḏ;

by themselves ､

וְכָפַלְתָּ֙

and you shall double over

､ חֲמִשִּׁ֑ים

ḥă·miš·šîm;

וְהֵבֵאתָ֤

wə·hê·ḇê·ṯā

and put

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

הַקְּרָסִים֙

haq·qə·rā·sîm

､ בַּלֻּ֣לָאֹ֔ת

bal·lu·lā·’ōṯ,

into the loops ､

וְחִבַּרְתָּ֥

wə·ḥib·bar·tā

and couple together

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

הָאֹ֖הֶל

hā·’ō·hel

the tent

וְהָיָ֥ה

wə·hā·yāh

that it may be

. אֶחָֽד׃

’e·ḥāḏ.

וְסֶ֙רַח֙

wə·se·raḥ

And the remnant

הָעֹדֵ֔ף

hā·‘ō·ḏêp̄,

בִּירִיעֹ֖ת

bî·rî·‘ōṯ

of the curtains

､ הָאֹ֑הֶל

hā·’ō·hel;

of the tent ､

חֲצִ֤י

the half

הַיְרִיעָה֙

､ הָעֹדֶ֔פֶת

And You shall make

מִכְסֶה֙

､ לָאֹ֔הֶל

lā·’ō·hel,

for the tent ､

עֹרֹ֥ת

‘ō·rōṯ

אֵילִ֖ם

’ê·lim

､ מְאָדָּמִ֑ים

mə·’ād·dā·mîm;

וּמִכְסֵ֛ה

ū·miḵ·sêh

. עֹרֹ֥ת

of skins .

תְּחָשִׁ֖ים

. מִלְמָֽעְלָה׃

[there shall be] boards ､

of silver –

שְׁנֵ֣י

. קְרָשִֽׁים׃

וּשְׁנֵ֤י

And two

קְרָשִׁים֙

qə·rā·šîm

תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה

ta·‘ă·śeh,

לִמְקֻצְעֹ֖ת

lim·quṣ·‘ōṯ

for the corners

הַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן

ham·miš·kān;

of the tabernacle

. בַּיַּרְכָתָֽיִם׃

bay·yar·ḵā·ṯā·yim.

וְיִֽהְי֣וּ

wə·yih·yū

And they shall be

תֹֽאֲמִים֮

ṯō·’ă·mîm

､ מִלְּמַטָּה֒

mil·lə·maṭ·ṭāh

at the bottom ､

וְיַחְדָּ֗ו

wə·yaḥ·dāw,

יִהְי֤וּ

yih·yū

תַמִּים֙

ṯam·mîm

coupled [together]

עַל־

‘al-

at

רֹאשׁ֔וֹ

rō·šōw,

the top

אֶל־

’el-

by

הַטַּבַּ֖עַת

haṭ·ṭab·ba·‘aṯ

– הָאֶחָ֑ת

hā·’e·ḥāṯ;

one –

כֵּ֚ן

kên

יִהְיֶ֣ה

yih·yeh

it shall be

– לִשְׁנֵיהֶ֔ם

liš·nê·hem,

for the two of them –

לִשְׁנֵ֥י

liš·nê

הַמִּקְצֹעֹ֖ת

ham·miq·ṣō·‘ōṯ

. יִהְיֽוּ׃

yih·yū.

they shall be .

וְהָיוּ֙

wə·hā·yū

So there shall be

שְׁמֹנָ֣ה

šə·mō·nāh

､ קְרָשִׁ֔ים

qə·rā·šîm,

וְאַדְנֵיהֶ֣ם

wə·’aḏ·nê·hem

and with their sockets

､ כֶּ֔סֶף

ke·sep̄,

of silver ､

שִׁשָּׁ֥ה

šiš·šāh

עָשָׂ֖ר

‘ā·śār

[and] ten

– אֲדָנִ֑ים

’ă·ḏā·nîm;

שְׁנֵ֣י

šə·nê

אֲדָנִ֗ים

’ă·ḏā·nîm,

תַּ֚חַת

ta·ḥaṯ

הַקֶּ֣רֶשׁ

､ הָאֶחָ֔ד

of acacia –

חֲמִשָּׁ֕ה

ḥă·miš·šāh

לְקַרְשֵׁ֥י

lə·qar·šê

צֶֽלַע־

ṣe·la‘-

הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן

ham·miš·kān

of the tabernacle

. הָאֶחָֽד׃

hā·’e·ḥāḏ.

וַחֲמִשָּׁ֣ה

wa·ḥă·miš·šāh

And five

בְרִיחִ֔ם

ḇə·rî·ḥim,

לְקַרְשֵׁ֥י

lə·qar·šê

for the boards on

צֶֽלַע־

ṣe·la‘-

הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן

ham·miš·kān

of the tabernacle

､ הַשֵּׁנִ֑ית

haš·šê·nîṯ;

the second ､

וַחֲמִשָּׁ֣ה

wa·ḥă·miš·šāh

and five

בְרִיחִ֗ם

ḇə·rî·ḥim,

לְקַרְשֵׁי֙

lə·qar·šê

צֶ֣לַע

ṣe·la‘

of the side

､ הַמִּשְׁכָּ֔ן

ham·miš·kān,

of the tabernacle ､

לַיַּרְכָתַ֖יִם

lay·yar·ḵā·ṯa·yim

for the far side

. יָֽמָּה׃

וְהַבְּרִ֥יחַ

wə·hab·bə·rî·aḥ

And the bar

הַתִּיכֹ֖ן

hat·tî·ḵōn

בְּת֣וֹךְ

bə·ṯō·wḵ

through the midst

הַקְּרָשִׁ֑ים

haq·qə·rā·šîm;

of the boards

מַבְרִ֕חַ

maḇ·ri·aḥ

מִן־

min-

הַקָּצֶ֖ה

haq·qā·ṣeh

אֶל־

’el-

to

. הַקָּצֶֽה׃

haq·qā·ṣeh.

וְֽאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

And

הַקְּרָשִׁ֞ים

haq·qə·rā·šîm

תְּצַפֶּ֣ה

tə·ṣap·peh

You shall overlay

､ זָהָ֗ב

zā·hāḇ,

with gold ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה

בָּתִּ֖ים

– לַבְּרִיחִ֑ם

lab·bə·rî·ḥim;

for the bars –

וְצִפִּיתָ֥

wə·ṣip·pî·ṯā

אֶת־

’eṯ-

הַבְּרִיחִ֖ם

hab·bə·rî·ḥim

the bars

. זָהָֽב׃

zā·hāḇ.

with gold .

וַהֲקֵמֹתָ֖

wa·hă·qê·mō·ṯā

And you shall raise up

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

הַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן

ham·miš·kān;

כְּמִ֨שְׁפָּט֔וֹ

kə·miš·pā·ṭōw,

according to its pattern

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

’ă·šer

הָרְאֵ֖יתָ

hā·rə·’ê·ṯā

. בָּהָֽר׃

bā·hār.

on the mountain .

The Veil for the Ark

וְעָשִׂ֣יתָ

wə·‘ā·śî·ṯā

And You shall make

פָרֹ֗כֶת

p̄ā·rō·ḵeṯ,

､ תְּכֵ֧לֶת

tə·ḵê·leṯ

of blue ､

､ וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן

wə·’ar·gā·mān

and purple ､

וְתוֹלַ֥עַת

wə·ṯō·w·la·‘aṯ

and

､ שָׁנִ֖י

šā·nî

scarlet [thread] ､

וְשֵׁ֣שׁ

wə·šêš

מָשְׁזָ֑ר

mā·šə·zār;

מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה

ma·‘ă·śêh

חֹשֵׁ֛ב

ḥō·šêḇ

יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה

ya·‘ă·śeh

אֹתָ֖הּ

’ō·ṯāh

it

. כְּרֻבִֽים׃

kə·ru·ḇîm.

וְנָתַתָּ֣ה

wə·nā·ṯat·tāh

And You shall hang

אֹתָ֗הּ

’ō·ṯāh,

it

עַל־

‘al-

אַרְבָּעָה֙

’ar·bā·‘āh

עַמּוּדֵ֣י

‘am·mū·ḏê

שִׁטִּ֔ים

šiṭ·ṭîm,

of acacia [wood]

מְצֻפִּ֣ים

mə·ṣup·pîm

､ זָהָ֔ב

zā·hāḇ,

with gold ､

וָוֵיהֶ֖ם

wā·wê·hem

their hooks [shall be]

､ זָהָ֑ב

zā·hāḇ;

gold ､

עַל־

‘al-

אַרְבָּעָ֖ה

’ar·bā·‘āh

אַדְנֵי־

’aḏ·nê-

. כָֽסֶף׃

ḵā·sep̄.

וְנָתַתָּ֣ה

wə·nā·ṯat·tāh

And you shall hang

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

הַפָּרֹכֶת֮

hap·pā·rō·ḵeṯ

the veil

תַּ֣חַת

ta·ḥaṯ

､ הַקְּרָסִים֒

haq·qə·rā·sîm

the clasps ､

וְהֵבֵאתָ֥

wə·hê·ḇê·ṯā

and you shall bring

שָׁ֙מָּה֙

šām·māh

מִבֵּ֣ית

mib·bêṯ

לַפָּרֹ֔כֶת

lap·pā·rō·ḵeṯ,

the veil

אֵ֖ת

’êṯ

-

אֲר֣וֹן

’ă·rō·wn

the ark

– הָעֵד֑וּת

hā·‘ê·ḏūṯ;

of the Testimony –

וְהִבְדִּילָ֤ה

wə·hiḇ·dî·lāh

and shall be a divider

הַפָּרֹ֙כֶת֙

hap·pā·rō·ḵeṯ

the veil

לָכֶ֔ם

lā·ḵem,

בֵּ֣ין

bên

הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ

haq·qō·ḏeš,

the holy [place]

וּבֵ֖ין

ū·ḇên

and

קֹ֥דֶשׁ

qō·ḏeš

-

. הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃

haq·qo·ḏā·šîm.

the Most Holy .

וְנָתַתָּ֙

wə·nā·ṯa·tā

And You shall put

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת

hak·kap·pō·reṯ,

עַ֖ל

‘al

אֲר֣וֹן

’ă·rō·wn

the ark

הָעֵדֻ֑ת

hā·‘ê·ḏuṯ;

of the Testimony

בְּקֹ֖דֶשׁ

bə·qō·ḏeš

in

. הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃

haq·qo·ḏā·šîm.

the Most Holy .

וְשַׂמְתָּ֤

wə·śam·tā

And You shall set

אֶת־

’eṯ-

הַשֻּׁלְחָן֙

haš·šul·ḥān

מִח֣וּץ

mi·ḥūṣ

､ לַפָּרֹ֔כֶת

lap·pā·rō·ḵeṯ,

the veil ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

הַמְּנֹרָה֙

ham·mə·nō·rāh

נֹ֣כַח

nō·ḵaḥ

הַשֻּׁלְחָ֔ן

haš·šul·ḥān,

עַ֛ל

‘al

on

צֶ֥לַע

ṣe·la‘

the side

הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן

ham·miš·kān

of the tabernacle

– תֵּימָ֑נָה

tê·mā·nāh;

toward the south –

וְהַ֨שֻּׁלְחָ֔ן

wə·haš·šul·ḥān,

and the table

תִּתֵּ֖ן

tit·tên

עַל־

‘al-

on

צֶ֥לַע

ṣe·la‘

the side

. צָפֽוֹן׃

The Curtain for the Door

וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ

wə·‘ā·śî·ṯā

And You shall make

מָסָךְ֙

mā·sāḵ

a screen [woven of]

לְפֶ֣תַח

lə·p̄e·ṯaḥ

､ הָאֹ֔הֶל

hā·’ō·hel,

of the tabernacle ､

､ תְּכֵ֧לֶת

tə·ḵê·leṯ

blue ､

､ וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן

wə·’ar·gā·mān

and purple ､

וְתוֹלַ֥עַת

wə·ṯō·w·la·‘aṯ

and

､ שָׁנִ֖י

šā·nî

scarlet [thread] ､

וְשֵׁ֣שׁ

wə·šêš

､ מָשְׁזָ֑ר

mā·šə·zār;

מַעֲשֵׂ֖ה

ma·‘ă·śêh

. רֹקֵֽם׃

rō·qêm.

וְעָשִׂ֣יתָ

wə·‘ā·śî·ṯā

And you shall make

לַמָּסָ֗ךְ

lam·mā·sāḵ,

חֲמִשָּׁה֙

ḥă·miš·šāh

עַמּוּדֵ֣י

‘am·mū·ḏê

､ שִׁטִּ֔ים

šiṭ·ṭîm,

of acacia [wood] ､
