'Care' in the Bible
Then God said, “Let there be light-bearers (sun, moon, stars) in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be useful for signs (tokens) [of God’s provident care], and for marking seasons, days, and years;
The Lord God took the man and placed him in the orchard in Eden to care for it and to maintain it.
Then she gave birth to his brother Abel. Abel took care of the flocks, while Cain cultivated the ground.
And Abraham said to God, If only Ishmael's life might be your care!
Abraham said to him, "{You must take care} that you do not return my son there.

While he was still talking with them, Rachel came with her father's sheep, for she took care of them.

So Laban asked, "What should I give you?" "You don't need to give me a thing," Jacob replied, "but if you agree to this one condition, I will continue to care for your flocks and protect them:

It would be in the power of my hand to do you hurt; but the God of your father spoke to me last night, saying, Take care that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad.
He entrusted them into the care of his servants, one herd at a time. Then he told his servants, "Go in front of me, making sure there's plenty of space between herds."

This is the account of Jacob. Joseph, his seventeen-year-old son, was taking care of the flocks with his brothers. Now he was a youngster working with the sons of Bilhah and Zilpah, his father's wives. Joseph brought back a bad report about them to their father.
That's how Joseph pleased Potiphar as he served him. Eventually, Potiphar appointed Joseph as overseer of his entire household. Moreover, he entrusted everything that he owned into his care.
Everything that he owned, he entrusted into Joseph's care. He never concerned himself about anything, except for the food he ate.
But he refused, telling his master's wife, "Look! My master doesn't have to worry about anything in the house with me in charge, and he has entrusted everything into my care.
So the prison warden entrusted into Joseph's care all the prisoners who were confined in prison. Whatever they did, Joseph was in charge of the work detail.
The prison warden did not have to worry about anything under Joseph's care, because the LORD was with him. That's why Joseph prospered in everything he did.
Now after these things the chief servant who had the care of the wine, and the chief bread-maker in Pharaoh's house, did something against Pharaoh's orders;
And he put them in prison under the care of the captain of the army, in the same prison where Joseph himself was shut up.
The captain of the guard entrusted them to Joseph's custody, who took care of them, since they were to remain there in custody for a number of days.
Then Reuben said to his father, “You can kill my two sons if I don’t bring him back to you. Put him in my care, and I will return him to you.”
Put him into my care and make me responsible for him: if I do not give him safely back to you, let mine be the sin for ever.
And there I will take care of you, so that you and your family may not be in need, for there are still five bad years to come.
I'll mention that the men are shepherds. Because they've been taking care of livestock, they brought along their flocks, their herds, and everything else that they own.

And Joseph took care of his father and his brothers and all his father's people, giving them food for the needs of their families.
And he gave Joseph a blessing, saying, May the God to whom my fathers, Abraham and Isaac, gave worship, the God who has taken care of me all my life till this day,
Therefore don’t be afraid. I will take care of you and your little ones.” And he comforted them and spoke kindly to them.
Joseph said to his brothers, “I am about to die, but God will surely take care of you and bring you up from this land to the land which He promised on oath to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob.”
So Joseph made all of Israel's other children make this promise: "Because God is certainly going to take care of you, you are to carry my bones up from here."
