'Forever' in the Bible
Bathsheba bowed with her face to the ground, paying homage to the king, and said, “May my lord King David live forever!”
Their blood will come back on Joab’s head and on the head of his descendants forever, but for David, his descendants, his dynasty, and his throne, there will be peace from the Lord forever.”
but King Solomon will be blessed, and David’s throne will remain established before the Lord forever.”
I have indeed built an exalted temple for You,a place for Your dwelling forever.

I will humble David’s descendants, because of their unfaithfulness, but not forever.’”
They replied, “Today if you will be a servant to these people and serve them, and if you respond to them by speaking kind words to them, they will be your servants forever.”
