'Lawsuits' in the Bible
"You are not to pervert justice for the poor among you in their lawsuits.
“If a case is too difficult for you—concerning bloodshed, lawsuits, or assaults—cases disputed at your gates, you must go up to the place the Lord your God chooses.
Drive out a mocker, and conflict goes too;then quarreling and dishonor will cease.
They speak mere words,taking false oaths while making covenants.So lawsuits break outlike poisonous weeds in the furrows of a field.
So if you have ordinary lawsuits, do you appoint as judges those who have no standing in the church?
Therefore, to have legal disputes against one another is already a moral failure for you. Why not rather put up with injustice? Why not rather be cheated?
