The Promise Of The Spirit

³⁸ Whoever continues to believe in me will have, as the Scripture says, rivers of living water continuously flowing from within him." ³⁹ By this He referred to the Spirit that those believing in Him were going to receive -- for the Spirit had not yet come, because Jesus had not yet been glorified. ⁴⁰ So some of the people, when they heard this, said, "This is surely the prophet."

Acts 2:17
