'Searches' in the Bible

For everyone who asks receives, and the one who searches finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

"Or suppose a woman has ten coins and loses one of them. She lights a lamp, sweeps the house, and searches carefully until she finds it, doesn't she?

No one understands. No one searches for God.

And He who searches the hearts knows the Spirit’s mind-set, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

Now God has revealed these things to us by the Spirit, for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.

I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am the one who searches minds and hearts. I will reward each of you as your actions deserve.
