the ox ､

שֵׂ֥ה

､ כְשָׂבִ֖ים

ḵə·śā·ḇîm

of the flock ､

וְשֵׂ֥ה

wə·śêh

and

､ עִזִּֽים׃

‘iz·zîm.

the goat ､

､ אַיָּ֥ל

’ay·yāl

the deer ､

､ וּצְבִ֖י

ū·ṣə·ḇî

and the gazelle ､

､ וְיַחְמ֑וּר

wə·yaḥ·mūr;

and the roe deer ､

､ וְאַקּ֥וֹ

wə·’aq·qōw

and the wild goat ､

､ וְדִישֹׁ֖ן

wə·ḏî·šōn

and the mountain goat ､

､ וּתְא֥וֹ

ū·ṯə·’ōw

and the antelope ､

. וָזָֽמֶר׃

wā·zā·mer.

and the mountain sheep .

וְכָל־

wə·ḵāl

בְּהֵמָ֞ה

bə·hê·māh

מַפְרֶ֣סֶת

map̄·re·seṯ

､ פַּרְסָ֗ה

par·sāh,

וְשֹׁסַ֤עַת

wə·šō·sa·‘aṯ

and having split

שֶׁ֙סַע֙

שְׁתֵּ֣י

šə·tê

､ פְרָס֔וֹת

p̄ə·rā·sō·wṯ,

מַעֲלַ֥ת

ma·‘ă·laṯ

[and that] chews

גֵּרָ֖ה

the cud

､ בַּבְּהֵמָ֑ה

bab·bə·hê·māh;

among the animals ､

אֹתָ֖הּ

the hare ､

the rock hyrax ､

כִּֽי־

מַעֲלֵ֧ה

ma·‘ă·lêh

､ גֵרָ֣ה

the cud ､

הֵ֗מָּה

– וּפַרְסָה֙

ū·p̄ar·sāh

but hooves –

לֹ֣א

הִפְרִ֔יסוּ

hip̄·rî·sū,

טְמֵאִ֥ים

. לָכֶֽם׃

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

And

､ הַ֠חֲזִיר

ha·ḥă·zîr

the swine is ､

כִּֽי־

מַפְרִ֨יס

､ פַּרְסָ֥ה

par·sāh

הוּא֙

וְלֹ֣א

and yet not

､ גֵרָ֔ה

[does chew] the cud ､

their flesh ､

the eagle ､

､ וְהַפֶּ֖רֶס

wə·hap·pe·res

and the vulture ､

､ וְהָֽעָזְנִיָּֽה׃

wə·hā·‘ā·zə·nî·yāh.

and the buzzard ､

､ וְהָרָאָה֙

wə·hā·rā·’āh

and the red kite ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

､ הָ֣אַיָּ֔ה

hā·’ay·yāh,

the falcon ､

וְהַדַּיָּ֖ה

wə·had·day·yāh

and the kite

､ לְמִינָֽהּ׃

lə·mî·nāh.

after their kinds ､

וְאֵ֥ת

wə·’êṯ

and

כָּל־

kāl-

עֹרֵ֖ב

‘ō·rêḇ

､ לְמִינֽוֹ׃

lə·mî·nōw.

after its kind ､

וְאֵת֙

wə·’êṯ

and

בַּ֣ת

baṯ

הַֽיַּעֲנָ֔ה

hay·ya·‘ă·nāh,

of the ostrich

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

､ הַתַּחְמָ֖ס

hat·taḥ·mās

the short-eared owl ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

､ הַשָּׁ֑חַף

haš·šā·ḥap̄;

the seagull ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

הַנֵּ֖ץ

han·nêṣ

the hawk

､ לְמִינֵֽהוּ׃

lə·mî·nê·hū.

after their kinds ､

אֶת־

’eṯ-

､ הַכּ֥וֹס

hak·kō·ws

the little owl ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

､ הַיַּנְשׁ֖וּף

hay·yan·šūp̄

the screech owl ､

､ וְהַתִּנְשָֽׁמֶת׃

wə·hat·tin·šā·meṯ.

and the white owl ､

､ וְהַקָּאָ֥ת

wə·haq·qā·’āṯ

and the jackdaw ､

וְאֶֽת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

､ הָרָחָ֖מָה

hā·rā·ḥā·māh

the carrion vulture ､

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

､ הַשָּׁלָֽךְ׃

haš·šā·lāḵ.

the fisher owl ､

､ וְהַ֣חֲסִידָ֔ה

wə·ha·ḥă·sî·ḏāh,

and the stork ､

וְהָאֲנָפָ֖ה

wə·hā·’ă·nā·p̄āh

and the heron

､ לְמִינָ֑הּ

lə·mî·nāh;

after its kind ､

､ וְהַדּוּכִיפַ֖ת

wə·had·dū·ḵî·p̄aṯ

and the hoopoe ､

. וְהָעֲטַלֵּֽף׃

wə·hā·‘ă·ṭal·lêp̄.

and the bat .

וְכֹל֙

wə·ḵōl

שֶׁ֣רֶץ

še·reṣ

הָע֔וֹף

hā·‘ō·wp̄,

טָמֵ֥א

within your gates ､

תִּתְּנֶ֣נָּה

you may give it

וַאֲכָלָ֗הּ

that he may eat it

you may sell it

､ לְנָכְרִ֔י

to a foreigner ､

וְאָכַלְתָּ֞

And you shall eat

of your grain ､

and your new wine ､

､ וְיִצְהָרֶ֔ךָ

wə·yiṣ·hā·re·ḵā,

and your oil ､

וּבְכֹרֹ֥ת

ū·ḇə·ḵō·rōṯ

and of the firstborn

בְּקָרְךָ֖

bə·qā·rə·ḵā

– וְצֹאנֶ֑ךָ

wə·ṣō·ne·ḵā;

and your flocks –

לְמַ֣עַן

lə·ma·‘an

תִּלְמַ֗ד

til·maḏ,

לְיִרְאָ֛ה

lə·yir·’āh

אֶת־

’eṯ-

יְבָרֶכְךָ֖

has blessed you

וְנָתַתָּ֖ה

wə·nā·ṯat·tāh

Then you shall exchange [it]

､ בַּכָּ֑סֶף

bak·kā·sep̄;

וְצַרְתָּ֤

wə·ṣar·tā

and take

הַכֶּ֙סֶף֙

hak·ke·sep̄

､ בְּיָ֣דְךָ֔

bə·yā·ḏə·ḵā,

in your hand ､

וְהָֽלַכְתָּ֙

wə·hā·laḵ·tā

and go

אֶל־

’el-

to

הַמָּק֔וֹם

ham·mā·qō·wm,

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

’ă·šer

. יִבְחַ֛ר

yiḇ·ḥar

יְהוָ֥ה

Yah·weh

אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ

’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā

. בּֽוֹ׃

bōw.

in .

וְנָתַתָּ֣ה

wə·nā·ṯat·tāh

And you shall spend

הַכֶּ֡סֶף

hak·ke·sep̄

בְּכֹל֩

אֲשֶׁר־

’ă·šer-

､ תְּאַוֶּ֨ה

נַפְשְׁךָ֜

nap̄·šə·ḵā

､ בַּבָּקָ֣ר

､ וּבַצֹּ֗אן

ū·ḇaṣ·ṣōn,

or sheep ､

､ וּבַיַּ֙יִן֙

ū·ḇay·ya·yin

､ וּבַשֵּׁכָ֔ר

ū·ḇaš·šê·ḵār,

or similar drink ､

וּבְכֹ֛ל

ū·ḇə·ḵōl

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

’ă·šer

– תִּֽשְׁאָלְךָ֖

tiš·’ā·lə·ḵā

נַפְשֶׁ֑ךָ

nap̄·še·ḵā;

וְאָכַ֣לְתָּ

wə·’ā·ḵal·tā

and you shall eat

שָּׁ֗ם

šām,

לִפְנֵי֙

lip̄·nê

יְהוָ֣ה

Yah·weh

､ אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ

’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā,

､ וְשָׂמַחְתָּ֖

wə·śā·maḥ·tā

and you shall rejoice ､

､ אַתָּ֥ה

’at·tāh

you ､

､ וּבֵיתֶֽךָ׃

ū·ḇê·ṯe·ḵā.

and your household ､

וְהַלֵּוִ֥י

wə·hal·lê·wî

and the Levite

אֲשֶׁר־

’ă·šer-

who [is]

– בִּשְׁעָרֶ֖יךָ

biš·‘ā·re·ḵā

within your gates –

לֹ֣א

lō

not

תַֽעַזְבֶ֑נּוּ

ṯa·‘az·ḇen·nū;

You shall forsake

כִּ֣י

kî

אֵ֥ין

’ên

has no

ל֛וֹ

lōw

he

חֵ֥לֶק

ḥê·leq

וְנַחֲלָ֖ה

wə·na·ḥă·lāh

nor inheritance

. עִמָּֽךְ׃

‘im·māḵ.

with you .

miq·ṣêh

At the end

שָׁלֹ֣שׁ

שָׁנִ֗ים

šā·nîm,

תּוֹצִיא֙

you shall bring out

אֶת־

’eṯ-

כָּל־

kāl-

מַעְשַׂר֙

ma‘·śar

תְּבוּאָ֣תְךָ֔

tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯə·ḵā,

of your produce

､ בַּשָּׁנָ֖ה

baš·šā·nāh

of year ､

הַהִ֑וא

ha·hi·w;

וְהִנַּחְתָּ֖

wə·hin·naḥ·tā

and store [it] up

. בִּשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃

biš·‘ā·re·ḵā.

within your gates .

､ וּבָ֣א

ū·ḇā

And may come ､

､ הַלֵּוִ֡י

hal·lê·wî

the Levite ､

כִּ֣י

kî

אֵֽין־

’ên-

has no

לוֹ֩

lōw

he

חֵ֨לֶק

ḥê·leq

וְנַחֲלָ֜ה

wə·na·ḥă·lāh

nor inheritance

עִמָּ֗ךְ

‘im·māḵ,

with you

､ וְ֠הַגֵּר

wə·hag·gêr

and the stranger ､

､ וְהַיָּת֤וֹם

wə·hay·yā·ṯō·wm

and the fatherless ､

､ וְהָֽאַלְמָנָה֙

wə·hā·’al·mā·nāh

and the widow ､

אֲשֶׁ֣ר

’ă·šer

､ בִּשְׁעָרֶ֔יךָ

biš·‘ā·re·ḵā,

within your gates ､

וְאָכְל֖וּ

wə·’ā·ḵə·lū

and eat

– וְשָׂבֵ֑עוּ

wə·śā·ḇê·‘ū;

and be satisfied –

לְמַ֤עַן

lə·ma·‘an

יְבָרֶכְךָ֙

yə·ḇā·reḵ·ḵā

יְהוָ֣ה

Yah·weh

אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ

’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā,

בְּכָל־

bə·ḵāl

in all

מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה

ma·‘ă·śêh

the work

יָדְךָ֖

yā·ḏə·ḵā

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

. תַּעֲשֶֽׂה׃
