'Glory to God' in the Bible

“Glory to God in the highest [heaven],And on earth peace among men with whom He is well-pleased.”

But he did not doubt or waver in unbelief concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and empowered by faith, giving glory to God,

but if anyone suffers [ill-treatment] as a Christian [because of his belief], he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify God [because he is considered worthy to suffer] in this name.
