'Brings' in the Bible
A wicked messenger falls into trouble,but a trustworthy courier brings healing.
The proud speech of a fool brings a rod of discipline,but the lips of the wise protect them.
In all hard work there is profit, but merely talking about it only brings poverty.
A truthful witness rescues lives, but the one who breathes lies brings deception.
A tranquil mind brings life to one's body, but jealousy causes one's bones to rot.
In the house of the righteous is abundant wealth, but the income of the wicked brings trouble.
A wise son brings joy to his father,but a foolish man despises his mother.
Foolishness brings joy to one without sense,but a man with understanding walks a straight path.
An appropriate answer brings joy to a person, and a well-timed word is a good thing.
A bright look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the body.
The [reverent] fear of the Lord [that is, worshiping Him and regarding Him as truly awesome] is the instruction for wisdom [its starting point and its essence];And before honor comes humility.
When a king is pleased, there is life, and his favor is like a cloud that brings spring rain.
Anyone who has understanding is a fountain of life, but foolishness brings punishment to fools.
The one who narrows his eyes is planning deceptions;the one who compresses his lips brings about evil.
Whoever brings a fool into the world does so to his grief, and the father of a fool has no joy.
A cheerful heart brings good healing, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
A foolish son brings grief to his father and bitterness to his mother.
A gift opens doors for a manand brings him before the great.
Wealth brings many friends, but a poor man is deserted by his friend.

Whoever mistreats his father and alienates his mother is a son who brings both shame and disrespect.
Avoiding strife brings a man honor, but every fool is quarrelsome.
A wise king sifts out the wicked [from among the good]And drives the [threshing] wheel over them [to separate the chaff from the grain].
The Righteous One considers the house of the wicked;He brings the wicked to ruin.
Administering justice brings joy to the righteous, but terror to those who practice iniquity.
A wise man scales the city of the mightyAnd brings down the stronghold in which they trust.
The sacrifice of a wicked person is detestable—how much more sowhen he brings it with ulterior motives!
The north wind brings rain, and a backbiting tongue an angry look.
Whoever keeps the Law is a discerning son, but whoever keeps company with gluttons brings shame to his father.
A man who loves wisdom brings joy to his father,but one who consorts with prostitutes destroys his wealth.
By justice a king brings stability to a land,but a man who demands “contributions”demolishes it.
A fool vents all of his anger, but a wise man brings himself under control.
The rod and rebuke bestow wisdom, but an undisciplined child brings shame to his mother.
A man's pride brings him low, but one of lowly spirit gains honor.
The fear of man brings a snare,But he who trusts in the Lord will be exalted.
For the churning of milk produces butter,And pressing the nose brings forth blood;So the churning of anger produces strife.
She brings him good and not evil all the days of her life.
She is like a seagoing ship that brings her food from far away.
Then I saw that [even secular] wisdom [that brings sorrow] is better than [the pleasures of] folly and self-indulgence as light excels darkness.
All his days [are] painful, his labor [brings] grief, and his heart cannot rest at night. This also [is] vanity!
Wise use of possessions is good; it brings benefit to the living.
If the ax is dull, and one does not sharpen its edge,then one must exert more strength;however, the advantage of wisdom is that it brings success.
“Draw me away with you and let us run together!Let the king bring me into his chambers.”
Why should you be stricken and punished again [since no change results from it]?You [only] continue to rebel.The whole head is sickAnd the whole heart is faint and sick.
The Lord brings this chargeagainst the elders and leaders of His people:“You have devastated the vineyard.The plunder from the poor is in your houses.
therefore the Lord brings sores on the crown of the head of the women of Zion, and Yahweh will make their scalps bald."
Now therefore, listen carefully, the Lord is about to bring on them the waters of the [Euphrates] River, strong and abundant—The king of Assyria and all his glory;And it will rise over all its channels and canals and go far beyond its banks.
The gloom will be dispelled for those who were anxious. In earlier times he humiliated the land of Zebulun, and the land of Naphtali; but now he brings honor to the way of the sea, the region beyond the Jordan, and Galilee of the nations.
He brings down the high fortifications of your walls and lays them low; he will raze them to the ground, right down to the dust.
For He has humbled those who live in lofty places—an inaccessible city.He brings it down; He brings it down to the ground;He throws it to the dust.
And every stroke of the appointed staffthat the Lord brings down on himwill be to the sound of tambourines and lyres;He will fight against him with brandished weapons.
But He also is wise and brings disaster.He does not go back on what He says;He will rise up against the house of wicked menand against the allies of evildoers.
who brings princes to nothing, and makes void the rulers of the earth.
Look up and see:who created these?He brings out the starry host by number;He calls all of them by name.Because of His great power and strength,not one of them is missing.
Who has aroused victory from the east, and has summoned it to his service, and has handed over nations to him? Who brings down kings, and turns them into dust with his sword, into windblown stubble with his bow?
I am the first to say to Zion, 'Behold, look at them;' and I will give one who brings good news to Jerusalem.
who brings out the chariot and horse,the army and the mighty one together(they lie down, they do not rise again;they are extinguished, quenched like a wick)—
who fulfills the oracles of his prophetic servants and brings to pass the announcements of his messengers, who says about Jerusalem, 'She will be inhabited,' and about the towns of Judah, 'They will be rebuilt, her ruins I will raise up,'
I am the one who forms light and creates darkness; the one who brings about peace and creates calamity. I am the Lord, who accomplishes all these things.
How beautiful on the mountainsare the feet of the herald,who proclaims peace,who brings news of good things,who proclaims salvation,who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!”
“Behold, I Myself have created the smith who blows the fire of coalsAnd brings out a weapon for its work;And I have created the destroyer to ruin.
This is what the Lord says,“Maintain justice and do righteousness,For My salvation is soon to come,And My righteousness and justice is soon to be revealed.
No one brings a lawsuit fairly, and no one goes to law honestly; they have relied on empty arguments and they tell lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to iniquity.
For as the earth produces its growth,and as a garden enables what is sown to spring up,so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praiseto spring up before all the nations.
For I heard a cry like a woman in labor,The anguish as of one giving birth to her first child,The cry of the Daughter of Zion (Jerusalem), who gasps for breath,Who stretches out her hands, saying,“Woe is me [my judgment comes]! I faint [in fear] before the murderers.”
When He thunders,the waters in the heavens are in turmoil,and He causes the clouds to risefrom the ends of the earth.He makes lightning for the rainand brings the wind from His storehouses.
Give glory to the Lord your Godbefore He brings darkness,before your feet stumbleon the mountains at dusk.You wait for light,but He brings darkest gloomand makes thick darkness.
The tumult reaches to the ends of the earthbecause the Lord brings a case against the nations.He enters into judgment with all flesh.As for the wicked, He hands them over to the sword—this is the Lord’s declaration.
But I'll let the nation that brings its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serves him remain in its own land," declares the LORD, "and they'll work it and remain in it."'"
And for the priests, a man from the Levites [who] offers burnt offerings and [who] burns grain offerings and [who] brings sacrifices will not be cut off {before me} {forever}.'"
How can the city of praise not be abandoned,the town that brings Me joy?

For {each person} from the house of Israel, and from the alien who dwells as an alien in Israel, who separates himself {from following me} and brings up his idols into his heart and {places before himself} a stumbling block of his guilt, and [yet] he comes to the prophet to consult him concerning me, I Yahweh will answer him myself.
He brings back his hand from iniquity; he does not take interest and usury; he does my regulations; he goes in my statutes. He will not die because of the guilt of his father; he will surely live!
And it will be to them like a false divination in their eyes; they have sworn solemn oaths. But he brings iniquity to remembrance, that they may be seized.
Then say, 'This is what the sovereign Lord says: O city, who spills blood within herself (which brings on her doom), and who makes herself idols (which results in impurity),
therefore thus says the Lord God, ‘Behold, I am against you, O Tyre, and I will bring up many nations against you, as the sea brings up its waves.
a grain offering with the ram consisting of an ephah, a grain offering with the lambs consisting of whatever amount he brings with him, and a hin of oil with each ephah of grain.
""The grain offering for the festivals and appointed festivals is to include an ephah with a bull, an ephah with a ram, and as much grain with the lambs as the Regent Prince brings with him, along with a hin of oil with each ephah.
"Hear this message from the LORD, people of Israel. Indeed, the LORD brings a charge against the people who live in the land for there is no truth and no gracious love or knowledge of God in the land.
No one brings grain offerings or drink offerings to the temple of the Lord anymore. So the priests, those who serve the Lord, are in mourning.
Get dressed and lament, you priests! Wail, you who minister at the altar! Come, spend the night in sackcloth, you servants of my God, because no one brings grain offerings or drink offerings to the temple of your God anymore.
He brings destruction on the strong,and it falls on the stronghold.
And [if] one's relative, who burns [the body], lifts it up and brings the body out of the house and he will say to someone in the innermost part of the house, "[Are there] any more with you?" and he will say, "None," then he will say, "Silence," because [we] must not invoke the name of Yahweh.
Get up and leave,for this is not your place of rest,because defilement brings destruction—a grievous destruction!
I will endure the LORD's anger since I have sinned against him until he takes over my defense, administers justice on my behalf, and brings me out to the light, where I will gaze on his righteousness.
Look! There on the mountains! The feet of the one who brings good news, who broadcasts a message of peace. Judah, celebrate your solemn festivals and keep your vows, because the wicked will never again invade you. Nineveh will be completely eliminated!

The Lord is righteous within her;He will do no injustice.Every morning He brings His justice to light;He does not fail.But the unjust knows no shame.
I called for a drought on the land and the hill country, on the grain, on the new wine, on the oil, on what the ground produces, on men, on cattle, and on all the labor of your hands.”
"I am about to make Jerusalem a cup that brings dizziness to all the surrounding nations; indeed, Judah will also be included when Jerusalem is besieged.
