'Magnify' in the Bible

“What is man that You magnify him,And that You are concerned about him,

O magnify the Lord with me,And let us exalt His name together.

Let those be ashamed and humiliated altogether who rejoice at my distress;Let those be clothed with shame and dishonor who magnify themselves over me.

For I said, “May they not rejoice over me,Who, when my foot slips, would magnify themselves against me.”

I will praise the name of God with songAnd magnify Him with thanksgiving.

I will magnify Myself, sanctify Myself, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.”’

“And through his shrewdnessHe will cause deceit to succeed by his influence;And he will magnify himself in his heart,And he will destroy many while they are at ease.He will even oppose the Prince of princes,But he will be broken without human agency.

“Then the king will do as he pleases, and he will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will speak monstrous things against the God of gods; and he will prosper until the indignation is finished, for that which is decreed will be done.
