I say

Now I mean this, that each one of you is saying, “I am of Paul,” and “I of Apollos,” and “I of Cephas,” and “I of Christ.”

Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit

the imperishable.

Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

What I am saying is this: the Law, which came four hundred and thirty years later, does not invalidate a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to nullify the promise.

Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to

immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry.

For the time already past is sufficient for you to have carried out the desire of the Gentiles,

having pursued a course of sensuality, lusts, drunkenness, carousing, drinking parties and abominable idolatries.

In the

Pay heed, you senseless among the people;
And when will you understand, stupid ones?

and saying, “Men, why are you doing these things? We are also men of the same nature as you, and preach the gospel to you that you should turn from these

vain things to a living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them.
