Isaiah 11:4-5

but He will judge the poor righteously^(A)
and execute justice for the oppressed of the land.
He will strike the land
with discipline^(a) from His mouth,^(B)
and He will kill the wicked^(C)
with a command^(b) from His lips.^(D)
