Malachi 1:14

Leviticus 22:19
must offer an unblemished male from the cattle, sheep, or goats in order for you to be accepted.
Deuteronomy 15:21
But if there is a defect in the animal, if it is lame or blind or has any serious defect, you must not sacrifice it to the Lord your God.
