Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.

Have the gods of the nations delivered them which my fathers have destroyed; as Gozan, and Haran, and Rezeph, and the children of Eden which were in Thelasar?

And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bare Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez.

Haran fathered Gazez. Jahdai's descendants were Regem, Jotham, Geshan, Pelet, Ephah, and Shaaph.

When Terah had lived 70 years, he became the father of Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

But Sarai was barren; she had no children. Terah took his son Abram, his grandson Lot (the son of Haran), and his daughter-in-law Sarai, his son Abram's wife, and with them he set out from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to Canaan. Now the Lord said to Abram, "Go out from your country, your relatives, and your father's household to the land that I will show you. The lifetime of Terah was 205 years, and he died in Haran.


Caleb's concubine Ephah bore Haran, Moza, and Gazez. Haran was the father of Gazez.
