'Blessed are' in the Bible

Blessed are you, LORD God of Israel, from eternity to eternity; Let all the people say, "Amen!" Hallelujah!

How blessed are those whose life is blameless, who walk in the Law of the LORD!

How blessed are those who observe his decrees, who seek him with all of their heart,
