'Blessed is' in the Bible

And cried aloud: "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is your unborn child!

"Blessed is the Lord, the God of Israel, Who has visited his people and wrought their deliverance,

And blessed is the man who finds no hindrance in me."

Verily your House is left to you desolate! and never, I tell you, shall you see me, until you say--'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.'"
