'Dwell in the Land' in the Bible
Abram shall dwell in the land of Canaan, and Lot shall dwell in the cities of the country round about, and will pitch the tent at Sodom.
And Jehovah will be seen to him, and will say, Thou. shalt not go down to Egypt: dwell in the land which I shall say to thee.
These men they are living peacefully with us, and they shall dwell in the land, and traffic in it; and the land, behold, being broad to the hands be. fore them: we will take their daughters to us for wives, and give our daughters to them.
