'Good News' in the Bible

You who tell good news to Zion, go up on a high mountain. You who tell good news to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with strength. Lift it up. Do not be afraid. Say to the cities of Judah, "Behold, your God."

I am the first to say to Zion, 'Behold, look at them;' and I will give one who brings good news to Jerusalem.

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, "Your God reigns."

The Spirit of the LORD is on me; because he has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and an opening of the eyes to those who are bound;
