'Help Me' in the Bible
Arise, LORD, and help me, O my God: for thou smitest all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
{To the Chanter upon Sheminith, a Psalm of David} Help me, LORD, for there is not one godly man left: for the faithful are diminished from among the children of men.
Do not remain far away from me, for trouble is near and I have no one to help me.
But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
Hear me, LORD, and have mercy on me! LORD, help me!
Take up the buckler and the shield, and rise up to help me.
Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.
