'Help Me' in the Bible

Arise, LORD, and help me, O my God: for thou smitest all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

{To the Chanter upon Sheminith, a Psalm of David} Help me, LORD, for there is not one godly man left: for the faithful are diminished from among the children of men.

O go not far from me then, for trouble is hard at hand, and here is none to help me.

But be not thou far from me, O LORD; thou art my succor. Haste thee to help me.

Lay hand upon the shield and buckler, and stand up to help me.

Haste thee to help me, O LORD God of my salvation.

O LORD, let it be thy pleasure to deliver me; make haste, O LORD, to help me.

For I will not trust in my bow; it is not my sword that shall help me.
