'In Sin' in the Bible
"You," they replied, "were wholly begotten and born in sin, and do *you* teach *us*?" And they put him out of the synagogue.
To what conclusion, then, shall we come? Are we to persist in sinning in order that the grace extended to us may be the greater?
Those who persist in sin reprove in the presence of all, so that it may also be a warning to the rest.
In whole burnt-offerings and in sin-offerings Thou hast taken no pleasure.
